Our Mission Statement

 

The Latinas Hat Society Inc. is an organization that was founded in 2009 with a mission, vision and values.  Our mission is to promote the effective and ethical use of organizational development using principles, tools and best practices.

 

Our vision is to aid and assist those within the community and provide opportunities for those less fortunate.  Our values are based upon a social responsibility and the necessity to contribute to all.

 

Our organization is based on the belief that our communities' needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our fundraising is from repeat support and referrals from the community.
